Dan Kuykendall, founder of NT OBJECTives, Inc. has dedicated years of his work to both technology and innovation. Currently the Co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer, Dan’s efforts behind the strategic development of the company’s services, including its dynamic application security testing, have been integral to NT OBJECTives’ reputation as the leader in accurate security software. Dan works closely with technology partners to ensure that the web application security services provider maintains integrations and relationships that are both effectual and valuable. Prior to founding NT OBJECTives, Dan worked for Foundstone, a division of McAfee, where he was in charge of the interface to one of the company’s flagship products, FoundScan. He also gained experienced at Fortis, during which time he founded the U.S. Information Security team.
A regular online blogger for relevant sites such as ManVsWebApp.com, Dan also co-hosts An Information Security Place Podcast and has presented on mobile and application security at respected conferences, such as HouSecCon and AppSec USA. In addition, Dan has founded several open-source development projects, and has been involved in the non-profit Web Application Security Consortium, whose mission is to produce web application security best practices. Mr. Cohen brings extensive experience in executive management to NTO, where he manages the organization’s operations, business affairs and relationships with several key clients and partners. Previous to NTO, Matthew was CFO of publicly traded TTR Technologies. Prior to TTR, Mr. Cohen was the founding CFO at APB Online, Inc., where he handled business development, raised $27 million, and built a financial infrastructure to support a 140 person company. Matthew has held positions at The Blackstone Group, Rothschild, Inc., and Kidder, Peabody & Co.; where he worked on restructurings, capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a degree in economics from Princeton University.
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Johnson brings more than 20 years of industry experience and an impressive record of building organizations into market leaders. Prior to joining NTO, Jay was a founding executive and VP of Sales at AirDefense, where he helped develop AirDefense into a wireless security leader. Before AirDefense, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President of the Network Security Services division of VeriSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN), the leading provider of trusted infrastructure services. Under his leadership, the Network Security Services division successfully delivered high double-digit revenue growth rates and earned prestigious client accolades, including acknowledgement from Nokia and Check Point Software Technologies as the Most Valuable Partner and Global Partner of the Year.
In 1997 Mr. Johnson teamed up with Jay Chaudhry and Richard Rushing to form SecureIT, a leading provider of security services to the IT industry. As Vice President of Sales at SecureIT, Mr. Johnson successfully generated business from over 50 percent of the Fortune 100 companies in the United States in less than 18 months.
Founder & Lead Developer
Mr. Morton brings to NT OBJECTives considerable experience in software architecture including web applications, database, and Windows applications using C++, COM, C#/.NET and related software technologies. His software experience includes such diverse applications as advertisement layout software, dialup internet protocols, memory management software, DNA sequencing, workforce management web applications, and security assessment software.
Mr. Morton is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science specializing in algorithms, numerical analysis, and languages.
VP of Marketing
Prior to joining NT OBJECTives she served as the Director of Product Marketing at SPI Dynamics which was acquired by Hewlett Packard. She remained at HP where she was responsible for Global Campaigns marketing for application security. Prior to 2005, she was Director of Product Management at EzGov and she began her career at Accenture where she spent eight years in IT consulting.
